E. Cornell Alexander

The principle founder and vice president.  He is a security professional with over 5 years of experience as a project manager for armed security companies that provide over $10.5 million in annual revenue for protective services in high-level U.S. Government buildings.  In addition, Mr. Alexander has over 7 years of experience as a supervisor in the protective services industry.  He is primarily responsible for operations and marketing in ASC, LLC.  His credentials include the following:

•    Licensed as a Private Detective by the Maryland State Police Department;
•    Licensed to carry firearms in Maryland and the District of Columbia;
•    Commissioned by the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia as a Special Police Officer;
•    Licensed as a Security Officer by the Maryland State Police Department;
•    Certified by the U.S. Federal Protective Services under Homeland Security as a Supervising Contract Guard; and
•    Trained and certified to use the Monadnock Expandable Baton, CPR for Infants and adults, administration of first aid.

Annie L. Haynes-Alexander

President and co-owner of ASC, LLC with over 15 as a technical writer and 5 years experience in finance and accounting.  Ms. Haynes-Alexander serves as the director of finance and marketing.  She manages the day-to-day office activities and is involved in every aspect of ASC, LLC  to include marketing, administration, operations and finance.  Ms. Alexander serves as the principle point of contact for all accounting related information.

Michael J. Davis

Maryland agent for ASC, LLC and ordained Minister with over 15 years as a police/detective and 8 years as a private detective.  Skilled in criminal investigations, particularly search and seizure procedures, crime scene search and interview and interrogations.  As a private detective, capable of locating witnesses and/or victims, perform background checks and title search, prepare evidence for trial, and perform legal research.  Mr. Davis also serves as the project manager for all of ASC, LLC’s Maryland sites.

Albert A. Esquilin

Owner, founder and training director of Excelsior Security Training Academy, LLC, an outsourced security training institute which serves the primary training center for ASC, LLC’s employees.  Specialized in firearms training, CPR/First Aid/AED, quality assurance principles and techniques, security guard/special police officer training, introducing innovative physical security strategies and General Service Administration/Federal Protection Services contract guard training.

Captain Kim White

Special Police Officer for Washington, DC and has a Maryland Security Guard License with a permit to carry a handgun. Captain White has over 15 yeas in the security industry and has been employed with ASC, LLC for 3 years. She has served as a captain for 2 years.  Captain White manages all of the work sites and performs the following quality assurance inspections in Washington, DC and Maryland:

• Unannounced on-site post checks
• Periodic credential check. Cpt. White also serves as a quality assurance specialist for all of ASC, LLC’s contracts in Washington, DC.

Lieutenant Towanda Hunter

Lt. Hunter is a Special Police Officer for the District of Columbia and has submitted her application to Maryland Police Department for her Maryland Security Guard License.  She has over 7 years experience in security in varying capacities such as housing, city government and financial institutions. Lt. Hunter has been employed by ASC, LLC for 1 1/2 years and is primarily responsible for hiring employees, coordinating schedules for all work sites, managing the collection of employee timesheets, assisting with payroll activities and participating in human resource issues such as resolving employee conflicts.
